This Grand Jury will review evidence, administer oaths, and deliberate to determine whether a <strong>True Bill<\/strong> (indictment) or <strong>No Bill<\/strong> (no indictment) should be issued. Unlike traditional court proceedings, this Grand Jury operates under <strong>common law<\/strong> principles derived from the <strong>Magna Carta<\/strong>, meaning there is <strong>no judge<\/strong>\u2014only an administrator overseeing the process.<\/p>\n<p>The case involves <strong>crimes against the Republic<\/strong>, and the assembly also serves as an educational opportunity for citizens to learn about their rights and responsibilities in upholding justice. Once the Grand Jury reaches a decision, the case will proceed to a <strong>Petit Jury<\/strong> (trial jury) of 12 members in a <strong>Republic of Texas Common Law Court<\/strong> for final
