Grand Jury Assembly Announcement
We the People are calling for 26 jurors to serve on a Grand Jury assembly in Montgomery, Texas, on March 14, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM. This Grand Jury will review evidence, administer oaths, and deliberate to determine whether a True Bill (indictment) or No Bill (no indictment) should be issued. Unlike traditional court proceedings, this Grand Jury operates under common law principles derived from the Magna Carta, meaning there is no judge—only an administrator overseeing the process.
The case involves crimes against the Republic, and the assembly also serves as an educational opportunity for citizens to learn about their rights and responsibilities in upholding justice. Once the Grand Jury reaches a decision, the case will proceed to a Petit Jury (trial jury) of 12 members in a Republic of Texas Common Law Court for final adjudication.
Disclaimer: The Grand Jury is separate from the Republic of Texas government.
This initiative reinforces the foundational principle that “the people” hold the ultimate authority in legal matters, ensuring accountability and transparency in governance.
